Sorry I haven't been posting every day but to be honest it was a bit boring. I'll try to do it anyway but it just feels silly putting down the same thing day after day. Maybe I'll do a weekly summary... I'm not weighing in every day because my scale is back to it's wacky ways of weighing me in at something different every time I step on it. I got a 10lb span this morning. So I'll wait until tomorrow to weigh in so that I can use the scale in the pharmacy. I've been doing pretty much the same thing every day. Grocery budget has been limited this week since Robbie got snowed in and then broke down. No check means very limited grocery budget. So sorry if this is all a bit repetitive. I haven't gone off plan or made any cool new raw vegan recipes. Same old, same old.
Day 17: Friday
8oz water: 8
3 pints green juice
1 salad with 1/2 cup of great northern beans
1 bowl (approx 1.5cups) soup with brown rice, lentils, beans, and veggies. Chili flavored. Yum!
1 grapefruit
1 apple
JUICE ON!!
